I was playing with a Santa PEZ dispenser and when I saw that the Santa beard and hat were pieces that snapped onto the Santa head, well, the card just made itself from that point.

The reindeer is saying, “Open your windows, he’s not using chimneys this year.” The card was photocopied onto transparency sheets, then covered with a stiff laminate followed with the hole being cut out below Santa’s feet.
