t206 mccormick for grissom and ojeda?

The Cubs signed Marquis Grissom and Auggie Ojeda a few days back and I’m still steamin’ mad. Grissom does not belong in the major leagues any more. He’s terrible. He’s old. He has bad hamstrings. Mix those three things together and it becomes Dusty Baker’s recipe for a starter. Don’t ask me why. That’s how Baker works. He likes old and bad players. Go figure. Maybe cuz that’s what he was half his career in the bigs.

Last year Grissom batted 212 in 44 games. 212. he’s 39 years old. 39. and he has bad hamstrings. bad hamstrings. I don’t understand why any one wants him?

Ojeda.. 219 lifetime hitter and he’s been in the bigs for 6 years. no more excuses for him. he sux. Why do the cubs sign these terrible players? I never understood why ojeda was declared a fan favorite in his cubs tenure.

I’d trade grissom and ojeda for a very dead Moose McCormick. At least Baker wouldn’t be able to start McCormick in the outfield like he’s going to do with Ojeda and Grissom, or would he?

You’d trade grisson and ojeda for a Moose McCormick baseball card? I bet it’s worth more than both of them!

Oh burn! BURRRRRRN!

Johnny Five the robot would be better in outfield than Marquis Grissom.

I thought those two guys signed minor league contracts though… I don’t see them playing alot for the Cubs.
