oochie wawa

Can someone help and explain where the phrase “oochie wawa” originates? I know the phrase to be used when one is expressing frustration or surprise.

“Oochie wawa” sounds like its orgins is in the Shyriiwook language. It sounds very similar to # “wwrcahwowhwa” which means “friend”

I do recall on Seinfeld that George’s father said it on one episode I believe when he was looking at some girl. While the origination might not have been on Seinfeld, I bet its popularity was from that.

George’s father can speak Shyriiwook? He’s a wookiee?
