how to stop your children from fighting

When I was growing up and fighting with my brother and/or sister, my dad would say that he's going to buy us boxing gloves for Christmas and send us out in the yard. For some reason, I remember this technique working.

Well, now you don't have to buy boxing gloves for your kids. You can get the "bong bong boxer" and let them swing away. Personally, I think boxing gloves are more effective. And what's up with the name "bong bong"? Apparently bong bong boxer designers, Park Sang Hyun and Kim Ji Ae don't know the American culture meaning of "bong".

Looks like the orange kid would always beat the crap out of the green kid. The orange has much less padding than the green. And the orange has more protection over the face, in fact, the opening in the face protection is shaped to look like an evil brow.

It would be weird to dress up your kids in this equipment every time they fight. Usually fights break out of rage and there is no thouht given to putting on equipment. Putting on some sort of equipment like this only encourages fighting. The boxing remark dad would make was effective, because it put into perspective what we were doing. It shed light in our minds that we were stupidly fighting. But this equipment does the opposite, it encourages fighting.

Now I wouldn't mind this outfit for play fighting, in fact, it looks rather fun and robotic. But to actually use it in moments of rage, that's wrong.

The orange one also reminds me of the Cingular wireless logo. Perhaps they're developing a mascot costume?

cingular wireless. That's hilarious. That kid just needs to put his hands in the air.
