I'm still waiting for my two packages of Star Wars M&M's to go up in value. I've been holding onto them ever since they came out several years ago.
It's a source of an ongoing argument between my wife who wants to open and eat them every time she sees them, and myself who wants to keep them as a funny collectors item.
Mark, you still have those?! That's hilarious. I bought like, six bags with the intention of keeping them. But I ate them a few months afterwards. Sadly just last week, I saw a few bags being sold on ebay for basically the original price.
Yep, I still have them. I've got one of each kind... 1 of the "dark side", and 1 of the "jedi" kind. Maybe after 20 years or so, I can get an extra nickle for each pack...
Part of the problem is that I currently have them in our kitchen pantry. This makes them visible and leads to temptation. I should put them with my baseball collection in a bin located in the basement.
