i took that photo with my wife's built-in iSight camera (webcam) on her Macbook. Really, you can upload a photo of anyone. The one I uploaded looked resulted in a Simpson character that looked nothing like me. They allow you edit all the facial features including nose, eyes, eyebrows, mouth, chin, clothes, and more.
