Rock Port, Missouri, and its 1300 residents, is the first U.S. city to generate all its electricity exclusively from 75 wind turbines. That makes me happy.
you're failing to account for all people from neighboring towns who come to the metropolis known as Rock Port. Plus, you have to factor in the throngs of tourists who visit Rock Port, MO on a daily basis. I mean that alone probably increases the daily population by 2-3 people minimum.
