checklist questions when buying used 35mm SLR camera

Here’s my list of questions to ask when looking for a used 35mm film SLR camera. eBay sellers very often are very vague about their descriptions. Is the leatherette in good condition (not pealing or heavily worn)?
Is there any rust, dirt, or fungus inside?
Is there any broken parts?
Is there damage in any way?
Is there minimal dust in finder?
Is the finder clean and bright?
