This is another sculpture doodle; perhaps my favorite. I made the piece in 1995 without the crack in the center. When I was putting in the screws, the plastic cracked in two places. I was never really happy with the cracks. In 1999, I found this piece in my parent's garage. I was telling my brother, Matt about how I was really disappointed with the cracks. So, I went to the baseball bat rack and put the piece on the ground and hammered it. I couldn't have asked for a better result. I was jumping up and down with excitement. I love those chances you take with art that elevate the piece to a whole nother level.
