DIEGO LAS VEGAS PHOTO Here's another restaurant at MGM. It was across from Seablue (the sardine fish tank place). We went here for my birthday dinner. We celebrated my 29th birthday in Vegas. The entire decor was red. Everything, except the tables and the silverware. The food was fantastic. Andrea had Enchiladas Suiza (smoked chicken rolled tortillas with creamy tomatillo sauce with melted cheese.) I had Cochinita Pibil (Yucatean style pork pibil marinated in achiote and orange, slow cooked in banana leaves with green chile rajas, black beans, pickled red onions, habanero salsa). For dessert, we split the Nieve De Chocolate (mexican chocolate ice cream, chocolate bites, carmelized pecans, cajeta). That was soooooooo good.
